Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the local market.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services in Dubai.
⦁ Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
⦁ Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
⦁ Managing the company’s social media accounts and creating engaging content.
⦁ Creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
⦁ Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjusting strategies as needed.
⦁ Managing and mentoring the marketing team.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
⦁ Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management position.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
⦁ In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
⦁ Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
⦁ Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East is preferred.
