We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Dubai. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to our clients, representing them in court, and assisting them in legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of the legal system in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of legal matters
⦁ Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
⦁ Prepare legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
⦁ Conduct legal research and analysis
⦁ Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law
⦁ Manage and supervise junior lawyers and legal assistants
⦁ Negotiate on behalf of clients in settlements and agreements
⦁ Attend meetings and consultations with clients and other professionals
⦁ Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards
⦁ Handle any other legal duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university
⦁ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lawyer, with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution
⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
⦁ Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⦁ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
⦁ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
⦁ Thorough knowledge of the legal system and regulations in Dubai
⦁ Valid license to practice law in Dubai
