We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional interior spaces and possess the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Design and plan interior spaces for commercial and residential properties
⦁ Develop design concepts, sketches, and specifications based on client needs
⦁ Conduct site visits and measurements to gather necessary information for the design process
⦁ Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
⦁ Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project requirements and budget
⦁ Work with contractors and vendors to ensure designs are executed according to specifications
⦁ Communicate design ideas and progress with clients and team members
⦁ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
⦁ Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design
⦁ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
⦁ Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
⦁ Strong project management and organizational skills
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work well in a team environment
