
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
⦁ Manage the recruitment process, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
⦁ Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
⦁ Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
⦁ Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to employment.
⦁ Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
⦁ Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
⦁ Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
⦁ Provide HR support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
⦁ 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
⦁ Excellent knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
⦁ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
⦁ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
⦁ Experience with HRIS and other HR technology systems.
⦁ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
