We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
