We are a growing company in Dubai and are currently seeking 5 highly skilled Business Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Conducting a thorough analysis of business operations and identifying areas for improvement
⦁ Developing and implementing business strategies to optimize performance and increase revenue
⦁ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
⦁ Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to make informed recommendations
⦁ Creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
⦁ At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
⦁ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
