We are looking for an experienced and dynamic bartender to join our team at a high-end establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
⦁ Take orders and prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in a timely manner
⦁ Maintain a clean and organized bar area
⦁ Keep track of inventory and place orders for supplies when necessary
⦁ Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper storage and disposal of alcohol and other ingredients
⦁ Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences and tastes
⦁ Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
⦁ Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management
Requirements:
⦁ Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
⦁ Proven knowledge of mixology, including cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, and presentation
⦁ Familiarity with a wide range of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
⦁ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
⦁ Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
⦁ Must be 21 years or older
