We are a leading marketing and advertising agency based in Dubai, and we are currently looking for five talented Art Directors to join our dynamic team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating innovative and impactful visual concepts that meet the client’s briefs and enhance our agency’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital, print, and outdoor advertising, brand identity, packaging, and experiential marketing.
⦁ Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creative team members to produce compelling visual materials that meet the client’s objectives and deadlines.
⦁ Manage the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout.
⦁ Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and recommendations on design direction and creative strategy.
⦁ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in design and advertising, and bring fresh ideas and inspiration to the team.
Requirements:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
⦁ At least 5 years of experience in an agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of creating outstanding visual materials for a range of clients and industries.
⦁ Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling visual messages.
⦁ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
⦁ A portfolio showcasing your best work and demonstrating your design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
